# Robot Landlord Built as a modern, secure property management platform designed to mirror real-world operations, Robot Landlord connects tenants, landlords, and beneficial third-party services in one lightweight software hub. It centralizes your leases, unit data, and communications so you can spend less time managing software or recording data, and more time running your business. # About ### Nationwide Reach. Localized Connections. Robot Landlord is built to scale nationwide. While core platform features provide immediate value for any rental portfolio, the system truly shines when active regional communities connect. Founded on verified relationships, legal agreements, seamless payments, and uncompromising integrity, Robot Landlord creates the trusted local network needed to support sustainable growth. --- # What We Do Robot Landlord allows users to organize rental portfolios into properties containing units. * Tenants are added to units through formal Lease Agreements. * Property Managers are assigned to units through Property Management Agreements. * Owners & Asset Managers verify ownership by signing Property Ownership Agreements. This digital framework has the potential to eventually extend to other rental-related third-party agreements, from lawn care and maintenance contracts to insurance and utility arrangements. Ultimately, Robot Landlord creates a clear, organized digital representation of how the rental community already operates in the real world. --- # Contact Have questions about Robot Landlord or need support with your account? Keep your entire rental network organized, informed, and connected. Whether managing a single rental house or an entire multi-unit portfolio, Robot Landlord keeps people, properties, payments, and conversations in one place, scaling naturally as your business evolves. --- ## Properties & Units A Unit represents a single, distinct rentable space within a property. In a duplex, for example, each side of the building (like Unit A and Unit B) is managed separately. While the two Units reside in the same physical structure, the system operates primarily at the Unit level, as each side functions independently. The parent Property acts as the wrapper that links Unit A and Unit B under one physical location. All of this is clearly structured in Robot Landlord, forming the core hierarchy for all platform interactions. --- ## People Robot Landlord centers around key real-world roles: Tenants, Property Managers, Owners, and Asset Managers. Each role connects to a Unit through specific legal agreements: * Tenants connect to a Unit through Lease Agreements. * Property Managers connect to a Unit through Property Management Agreements. * Owners & Asset Managers connect to a Unit through Property Ownership Agreements. When relationships or terms change, a new legal agreement is proposed containing the updates, superseding previous agreements upon signature by all required parties. --- ## Payments Robot Landlord processes digital transactions via Stripe Financial Connections, embedded directly into the platform. Tenants can initiate direct bank transfers for rent payments, routing funds securely to property accounts without sensitive financial credentials ever being stored on platform servers. The platform supports all external methods of payments like cash. We attempt to emulate the real world. --- ## Users & Contacts Contact administration is streamlined by allowing individuals to maintain their own profile records, keeping details updated across every connected unit. Contact history is preserved automatically, eliminating duplicate entries while ensuring all parties have immediate access to necessary details. --- ## Community Regional connectivity strengthens rental operations. Robot Landlord enables tenants, property managers, owners, and asset managers within the same area to interact seamlessly through a single, structured digital network. This regional awareness eliminates unnecessary noise and enhances available opportunities by keeping platform activity grounded in what is real and local. --- # How It Works > **This is a work in progress.** There are 3 primary ways to access and manage properties on Robot Landlord. --- ## Owner / PM Cardholder * Create a Robot Landlord account * Complete your Contact Card * Add your banking information * Create a Unit (fee) and details (sets cardholder status) * Create the unit's Property and complete details * Create Ownership or PM Agreements * Invite missing owners or property managers * Create a lease agreement and invite tenants --- ## Owner / PM Invitee * Receive invitation email and click link * Create account with invited email address * Visit Contact Card to complete profile * Review and sign necessary agreements * Access assigned properties and dashboard --- ## Tenant * Create a Robot Landlord account * Fill out tenant application * Select property to apply to * Wait for approval # Pricing ### Flat Rate.
